I used dkhardware.com to look for some replacement hardware, i was expecting it to be more of a hassle. Maybe I’m just bad at searching for parts sometimes, but the search actually worked really well. The filters helped a lot, especially being able to narrow things down by size and finish, so I wasn’t clicking through a bunch of stuff that clearly wasn’t right. Checkout was simple too, and I found what I needed quickly. The site wasn’t confusing like some other hardware parts sites I’ve used. I’d definitely use it again.

To be fair, they did get back to me and they eventually took care of it, so I can’t say they ignored the issue or anything like that.
